If you're not happy, we're not happy!
Whether you are custom fitted at an All About the Girls' Custom Fitting Party, Private Custom Fitting or online via our Virtual Fitting Room, we always do our best to ensure a proper fit and find your perfect pieces. However, if need be, you can always exchange unworn items with all original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
In order to protect all of our girls' personal hygiene and per Federal Department of Health Regulations, all panties and other intimate apparel with a crotch may not be returned.
Sales on discounted merchandise are always final.
If applicable, initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs cannot be waived.
